It is the tourniquet of choice for many of the world's most elite and experienced warriors who have selected it for its outstanding ability to control severe bleeding, high level of reliability and ease of application.The SOFTT-XS is able to be used on limb with a circumference as small as 6.5-7.0”. Smaller size limbs typically require less pressure for to reach occlusion in comparison to average adult size.  This will not work on a large person with larger diameter limbs.
