The North American Rescue Collection

North American Rescue kits all contain the C.A.T. Tourniquet, approved by the TCCC and the STOP THE BLEED campaign in their national training classes. This tourniquet has velcro and takes a little more space in a kit than the TCCC approved Sof-T Tourniquet, produced by Tactical Medical Solutions. If you prefer a smaller tourniquet, we recommend looking at the TACMED kits or the TRAMEDIC kits.
