Refund policy

All returns must be authorized in advance by sending a message to Think Trauma Kits Customer Service. Think Trauma Kits is not responsible for customer returns made outside of the Think Trauma Kits Return Process (see below). Requests for returns must be within 30 days of receiving our product.

ThinkTraumaKits.com return process:

To begin the ThinkTraumaKits Return Process:

1. Click this link and you will be prompted to provide the email address used to place your order. Write to us and let us know what you would like to return.
2. Within one business day, an email Return Authorization with the return shipping label will be sent to the original email or you will be contacted by support@ThinkTraumaKits.com Customer Service for additional information.
3. Once you have received your Return Authorization email, pack your product in the original packaging if possible, for return. Print the Return Authorization email and include it in the package being returned.
4. Secure the box appropriately.
5. Cross out with a marker all previous shipping labels. Attach the new label sent in the email to the shipping box, preferably covering the original shipping label. *Please note that you MUST use the label provided by Think Trauma Kits for your return. If unused within ten (10) days, the label will expire, in which case you may contact Think Trauma Kits Customer Service to have a new label issued.
6. Bring the package to any authorized shipping location. 
7. Upon receipt of your return, the product will be inspected to make sure that it is unopened and unused. If the product is deemed to be used or unsellable, ThinkTraumaKits.com reserves the right to deny the return request and refuse to issue the purchaser a credit. Once the returned product passes inspection, a credit will be issued to the card with which the original order was placed. Please allow approximately 3-8 business days depending on the bank or credit card used for the credit to be processed back into your account.
