Terms of service

Discrepancies (shortages, overages, incorrect items etc.) with shipments must be reported no later than 45 days from date of shipment. ThinkAgainShop will not be held responsible for discrepancies after this period. Returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Items must be unused and unopened. We will not accept sterile items for return or exchange.
